This option provides the important people in your life to heal together and to create a dynamic that everyone feels will lead to the life everyone can thrive in.
There are a multitude of opportunities with group therapy. I am always working on developing groups that will be the best fit for the clients that I work with. The options include life skill groups, DBT groups, and Happiness groups.
This trauma based therapy is a way to heal from your traumas and the negative beliefs that are plaguing your life and keeping you from thriving and loving your life.
