My Education

I have a B.S. in General Psychology . a M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and my Ph.D. is in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

My Passion

I am absolutely fueled by helping people and organizations be their best and strongest. I believe the corporate world needs to focus on their staff and realize the importance of their well being to help a company strive in its success.

My degree in industrial organizational psychology allows me to help your company thrive through life coaching, counseling of staff, assessments to ensure each new potential employee is a good fit, to teaching leadership skills, and evaluating the organizational structure with employees. Corporate consulting allows me to engage with the Human Resources Department and executives to ensure they are doing their absolute best to maintain the staff they desire and that the employees work in an environment that they are happy and thrive in. This helps keep the profits up!
